For nearly four decades, Rick Swinarski (Owner and President), has been committed to improving the quality and standards of the urban environment within the commercial green industry. Rick’s experience and knowledge in commercial property services has made him an industry leader within his field. Rick’s work ethic and dedication was established early in life, which followed him through his years of service in the United States Navy. Rick is an active member of his Church and its family originated organizations.
At DCS, handling projects with a high degree of complexity while maintaining long-term relationships with clients is standard for Rick and the team. Clients have come to expect a solutions-oriented approach from Rick, which is delivered consistently.
Lisa Simms is our Administrator Manager and is dedicated to meeting our clients’ needs. Lisa is technically skilled in various administrative functions and approaches her role with professionalism and integrity. Her loyalty to our company is a testament to her experience and focus on building relationships. Lisa’s role entails streamlining administrative procedures, accounts payable, accounts receivable and human resources, and project management. Lisa is active through her Church and serves as a volunteer to help youth development, as well as serving on various committees within her community.
Whitney Long is our Senior Account Manager who works diligently overseeing the needs of all local and regional property managers throughout our servicing footprint, which extends from areas east through west of the United States. Whitney’s attention to detail, communication skills and work ethic leaves a positive impact to all she meets and works with. Her knowledge and expertise of the commercial services industry and her solutions driven problem solving abilities are second to none. Whitney is team focused, which stems from her experiences at Norfolk State University, where she earned a scholarship to play basketball, and is a graduate.
